Lindsey Thompson

Managing Director

Lindsey Thompson leads the business with more than 20 years of experience in HGV and logistics recruitment. She has spent her career working directly with drivers, transport managers, and operators, so she understands the pressures of the industry from every angle — from compliance and safety to reliability and performance.

Alongside her recruitment background, Lindsey holds CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualifications, having worked in a busy transport team for a number of years she understands transport legislation and day-to-day operational requirements. This means she doesn’t just place HGV Drivers into roles — she ensures they’re the right fit for the job, the standards, and the regulations that matter to transport businesses.

Lindsey takes a hands-on approach to leadership, setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards across the agency. Under her guidance, policies are practical, compliance is taken seriously, and continuous improvement is part of everyday work — ensuring both clients and drivers receive a reliable, professional service they can trust.

Matt Thompson

Managing Director

Matt brings extensive, hands-on experience from within transport and fleet management, having worked as a Transport Manager for major organisations including DHL Supply Chain. His background gives him a clear, practical understanding of what it takes to keep fleets moving efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with UK transport regulations.

With years of experience in transport operations and fleet management, Matt has overseen vehicle compliance, driver performance, maintenance schedules, and operational planning in high-pressure, fast-moving environments. He understands the challenges transport managers face every day — from managing costs and downtime to meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining high safety standards.

Matt’s operational experience plays a key role in how the business supports clients and drivers. He brings a practical mindset to recruitment, ensuring placements work not just on paper, but in real-world transport operations. His focus is always on reliability, compliance, and long-term relationships that benefit both drivers and transport teams.

As joint co-owner, Matt is known for his clear, straightforward approach. He values transparency, consistency, and doing things properly, helping to shape a business that drivers trust and transport operators can rely on.
