View Your Key Information Document

If you have been provided with a client code, you can enter it below to view the Key Information Document for that assignment.

This document is designed to help you understand how pay for the assignment may be structured, including the relevant pay rates, example deductions, and an illustration of how pay may differ depending on your registered holiday pay arrangement.

Please note: this document is provided for information purposes only and is based on the rates currently held against the client code entered. Actual pay may vary depending on the hours worked, shifts completed, start times, deductions, and your individual tax and pension position.

Day and Night Shift Times

Where separate day and night rates apply, these are generally determined by the start time of the shift:

Day shifts
Start times between 04:00 and 15:59
Night shifts
Start times between 16:00 and 03:59

This means the applicable rate is usually based on when your shift starts, rather than the time worked later during the shift.

Holiday Pay

Your Key Information Document will show example pay illustrations for both holiday pay arrangements:

  • Rolled-up holiday pay – paid weekly at 12.07% of eligible earnings
  • Accrued holiday pay – accrued and paid when requested in line with the applicable calculation method

These example columns are shown for comparison only. Your actual holiday pay arrangement will be the option you selected when you registered with Adapt Logistics Recruitment, or any later agreed update.
